Jane is our Founder and CEO. A lawyer by profession and having spent 20 years as a VC specialising in Mobile Technology, she founded Peacebeam to unite her passions for kindness, connection and technology as delivery system. An advocate for the urgent need for wisdom and ethics in the transformative technology space, she believes that the company as a concept needs to be re-imagined for the 21st Century so that we can construct a world that works for everyone. Fervent believer in the power of small acts of kindness to change the world and the power in every person to create the world they want to live in.
Rachel is our Creative Director and is responsible for Peacebeam’s Branding and Digital Strategy, currently based in Melbourne, Australia where she works at a UX/ UI designer. Passionate about finding ways to combine her love of human centred design to develop on and offline experiences that enhance the human experience - not deplete it.
Drawn to Peacebeam’s core value of kindness and treating others as you want to be treated, Rachel believes every now and then people could use a friendly reminder… meet Peacebeam.
Karis has a background in literature and philosophy. A long battle with chronic illness has taught her the importance of treating ourselves and those around us with kindness. She is passionate about social justice and the need to build supportive, loving communities in order to bring about a happier and more peaceful world. She works on Social and Content.
Georgie is our CLO and also looks after Culture and Legal. Based in New Zealand, when not Peacebeaming, Georgie acts as commercial lawyer within the New Zealand Aid Programme and has a broad background in private practice and regulation, bringing specialist knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing. Whilst in London, Georgie was in an international position in-house and later acted as a consultant and volunteer to NGO’s. Georgie believes it is possible for the path to peace building to be simplified, so as to be accessible to all, cost-effective and ultimately, wherever possible, fun!
Sandra has a worked in branding and advertising in both Australia and the UK for over a decade she is currently at RPM in London. She advises on campaigns and marketing and brings her energetic dedication and focus to making the world a kinder place. Sandra sees transformative technology as a potential bridge to a shift in consciousness globally.
With a background in business strategy & product development for a global insurance company, Esteban looks after product. He also has over 10 years experience in meditation and has developed bespoke mindfulness courses tailored for the corporate and start-up world. He practices in the plum village zen tradition, both on the couch and surfboard.
Louise spent two decades working in mobile technology, from its inception in the 1990’s. She was one of the rare female CEOs in her industry and is recognised as one of 50 top women in technology in Europe, in fact, she is in the hall of fame! (Inspiring 50). Passionate about female representation within technology Louise brings her insight, passion and drive to Peacebeam’s strategy. As a mother of four, she is dedicated to contributing to building a kinder more equal world and believes in small acts for big change.
Peter’s journey to Peacebeam began after spending over 20 years in the world of investment banking - he just knew that whatever came next had to benefit the greater good. As well as advising Peacebeam, he is the founder of a socially responsible fin-tech company. Peter is passionate about constructing a world that works for everyone through businesses that make a difference.

Emily writes many of our blogs. A lover of London and an American Midwest native Emily brings her unique voice and perspective to the Peacebeam lens. A lover of the beauty in natural surroundings, Emily believes that less is more, self-care is never selfish, resiliency is a superpower, and the present is where the magic happens. Emily trained in counseling psychology and she also writes for Dailygood, Baltimore Style Magazine, and No Sidebar
Annalisa has worked for over 20 years in the field of wellness and beauty. She is a spiritual author, intuitive coach and Reiki master. Annalisa gives Peacebeam it’s Italian voice which she brings with her signature heart and warmth. She lives between New York and Sardinia, Italy, where she hosts retreats and workshops, inspiring individuals to reach their higher selves.
